I learned a great deal, literally my first class on Veteran Preference and it was beyond my expectations. I feel way more confident in this area of HR. Material was easy to follow and will make a great reference. The content was on point and the exercises helped in the understanding of the material. Instructor was very knowledgeable on the subject and delivered the material in a way that was easy to understand. Which made this class worthwhile and I can truly say enjoyable.

This class was very interesting and informative. I will be recommending it to my colleagues and using the material in my work. It gave a wonderful overview of all things contracting without getting bogged down in trivial details. Anna was absolutely wonderful! Great content that is value added and expanded the effective use of Excel. Mrs. Edwards was very knowledgeable and patient in her delivery of the course content. She seamlessly adjusted her explanation of matters depending on comprehension indicators.

Enjoyable and informative. This was a wonderful introductory class that offered wonderful class discussions.

The materials presented set the foundation for a not so easy HR task- the Job Analysis. I appreciated the step by step, in relevant order of the process being explained and us working through it. Understanding how JA's are formulated and the legal aspects involved puts into perspective the importance and helps with the understanding of a very significant part of the hiring process.
