This course was very relevant to my work as an HR Specialist. It was well organized, and the examples/assignments were relevant to the material being taught. Deirdra is an absolute gem! Drummond was a great instructor. I really liked the stories because they enforced the concepts, and they were entertaining. He kept the class engaged. He is very passionate about auditing, and that resonated with the class. I would invite him back for sure!!

The instructor made it a point to get the class engaged in this course. I appreciated the demos conducted by the instructor. Those were useful for students who had not used AI prior to this class.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course material and Drummond's presentation. His personality and sense of humor are extremely engaging. I would love to participate in any class he instructs. Extremely well planned and executed for the learning objectives.

I feel like I learned a lot over the past few days, especially through the individual and group exercises. There is a lot of information and regulations to be aware of, but having real case study examples has been very helpful in grasping the information for someone who is new to qualifications analysis and classification. I really appreciate having and utilizing the training resources and links document throughout this course. I will definitely be referring to those resources, as well as the Participant Guide, in the future.

As always, Graduate School USA is a very useful resource for government employees. The new platform makes the online course registration, course experience, and transcript management a lot easier than before. Very knowledgeable and experienced instructor. Very respectful. Being able to complete the steps with an instructor, as well as have example cases you can work through, made learning the material easier. Drummond Kahn was very informative and engaging. He has many stories and examples to help you understand the material.

She has a great personality. I don't typically enjoy these classes because they can be a drag. She took classification, which none of us really want to do, and made it interesting. She is top tier!!

Comprehensive HR Training for Federal Employees, there is no second choice. Well organized and covered a broad range of Federal HR. Seasoned instructor, well-versed in all aspects of Federal HR.

Course materials were extremely helpful, and I've already downloaded them for future reference. Penny Popps was very enthusiastic about internal controls. She personalized as much as possible and was great about sharing personal work experiences, which were relevant to the exercises.
