I really enjoyed the instructor bringing in and telling us about his personal experiences in the class. For me personally, I could relate to many of his experiences. I honestly loved the small class size. It allowed for more one-on-one instruction, we got to go into detail and in depth on more topics that you just can't do with a larger class.

Very good class, a lot of information for a first timer for FOIA. We had plenty of breaks, and the instructor gave consideration to me, the only person on Pacific time, for the lunchtime schedule. We had plenty of time to work on exercises, ask questions, review activities, and have discussions.

Bob was great to work with. He is super knowledgeable in the subject as well as very friendly and welcoming from the start. I like that he ran the class in an informal way, encouraging questions and stories from our careers, as well as genuinely wanting to get to know each person in the class.
