I feel very positive towards the instructor and the class, because we have a very small class size. Therefore, we were fully engaged the entire time. We learned new techniques that opened ourselves up for self-reflection and other people's styles, so we can deal with them more effectively.

This course was perfectly paced, the instructor very knowledgeable, and I came away with some specific ways to improve my communication. I highly recommend it!

My overall experience was amazing. I was engaged and learned to both expand my thinking and filter my information to identify the specific problem I need to clearly communicate. The instructor was extremely helpful and kept the class engaged. As someone who has a shyer personality, being called on helped (and she did a wonderful job ensuring everyone was involved, so it wasn't targeted) because it forced me to speak and share my thoughts. Her insights were wonderful, and she clearly explained each exercise. She paused to ensure we didn't have any questions and helped guide our thoughts so we understood how to view a prompt we were tasked with. I would definitely take another course with her.
