I found the two-day course very valuable. It gave me a structured way to approach problem solving and decision making, and I feel more confident in addressing challenges such as groupthink in team settings. I also appreciated the focus on ethics, which helped me think about how to apply ethical considerations when making or supporting decisions. Overall the course gave me practical tools I can apply directly in my work.
