Rhonda was wonderful. It is obvious she has a lot of experience in HR, and that is really appreciated. In some trainings, I have had instructors who are there just to read the slides and not offer content. Rhonda offered content. I would take another course with her again. The content was relevant and helpful. My office has been tasked with additional things we do not have training on, such as Job Analysis. The Participant Guide was really nice and will be super helpful when working.
