FHRM Certificates of Accomplishment
Graduate School USA's Certificates of Accomplishment are aligned to the Human Resources (HR) Management Competencies for all individuals doing Federal HR work from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Offered at three progressive levels and consisting of courses that are practical, job related, and federal-specific; our certificate programs focus on the real issues confronting Federal HR Professionals.

Courses required for the Certified Federal HR Practitioner (cFHRP) program cover the fundamental technical and procedural knowledge needed by the successful HR practitioner.
Courses in the Certified Federal HR Advisor (cFHRA) program build on cFHRP concepts and significantly broaden and expand the competencies necessary to serve as a valuable advisor to management.
Certified Federal HR Business Partner (cFHRBP) courses further develop the analytical and consulting skills that equip the HR advisor to serve as a strategic partner in accomplishing the agency's mission.
