Federal Workforce Development Conference

“Today’s Federal Workforce: Engaging Employees for Mission Success!”

Graduate School USA Campus
600 Maryland Avenue, SW
Washington, DC 20024

For over 95 years, Graduate School USA has been where the government goes for training. We are committed to delivering the training and professional development to help the federal workforce advance their careers and their agencies’ missions.

ABOUT THE FEDERAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE:

In keeping with our commitment, Graduate School USA will present a half-day, complimentary conference designed to provide participants with information on how to help their agencies achieve their mission through improving employee engagement. The conference will revolve around 2017 Award-winning initiatives, which have contributed significantly to enhancing agency productivity and mission advancement.

The Conference will examine how engaging employees can provide agencies with the tools they need to cultivate an atmosphere of inclusivity and success. Conference sessions will be led by the National Geospatial-Intelligence College; Social Security Administration, Office of Buildings Management; and the US Government Publishing Office. These agencies will demonstrate how they improved their agencies’ effectiveness through training and education. We will showcase how enhanced employee engagement, through training, can resolve an organizational challenge — improving productivity, quality and teamwork.

Conference attendees will enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch, as well as a forum that will provide innovative tools for addressing workforce challenges.
