Description
This course is specifically designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and administer contracts in a virtual environment. You will understand and learn best virtual practices designed to help ensure you are able to carry out key responsibilities necessary to achieve successful acquisition outcomes. Emphasis is placed on identifying and practicing “virtual best practices” throughout the acquisition life cycle: developing requirements/statements of work, monitoring contractor performance, performing inspections, and contract modifications and closeout.
