Enjoyed the class! I would recommend it to my co-workers. Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If a participant had questions or was confused, he would pause, answer questions, and explain it to us. He even went the extra mile to show us where to find the answer. Bob is an excellent communicator and pleasant to work with.

The course offered an excellent, easy‑to‑understand introduction to AI concepts tailored specifically for federal HR professionals. Even participants with little to no background in AI could quickly grasp the material and begin applying it. The hands-on activities were especially valuable; they helped reinforce concepts and showed how AI tools can be used responsibly and effectively in HR settings, and showed when AI can get things wrong, and why the human factor will stay relevant.
