  • I really appreciated Marguerite Scully's instruction. She has a great speaking voice and an in-depth knowledge of finance. She was engaged and kept us all engaged right along with her. Great class on some of the higher-level accounting processes and how they trickle down. It also helped me see how all levels of federal employment have an impact on the bigger picture.

    Introduction to Supervision Course

    Carol is a great instructor. She is knowledgeable and engaging. I've taken the introductory supervision course several times over the years due to the OPM requirement and the leadership philosophies of my various agencies. This is one of the better sessions.

    I liked the course, and I found value in the information presented. Ms. Carol McCreary-Maddox gave me some tips to consider and put in practice. She is a great instructor! Her delivery of the information kept the class engaged. She offered different perspectives that expanded my thinking and approach to supervision.

    I walked in skeptical, and now I have the knowledge and tools to reimagine classification workflows within my organization. I highly recommend this course for anyone responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing classification programs (from the lowest to the highest level). Some content may be basic for experienced AI users, but the foundational takeaways from the course are essential to successfully integrating AI into the federal government.

    Dr. Dorothy Potter's experience and enthusiasm for teaching really makes a difference in being able to understand the subject matter and wanting to learn more. She was very knowledgeable and conveyed the course information well. I would definitely take any of her courses.
