The Office of the Registrar maintains the official records of all students, including former Southeastern University students. All information is held in confidence and released only in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended in 1995. Federal Law prohibits the release of your transcript without written authorization. Students requesting that their official or unofficial transcripts of courses taken at the Graduate School be forwarded by to other institutions, government agencies or firms must do so in writing. Regular official or unofficial transcript requests are processed within one week. Rush requests are processed within two working days. Transcripts are $5 each ($15 each for rush copies). When requesting a transcript, students must provide name, student identification number, dates of attendance, date of conferred certificate of accomplishment or degree (if applicable), and any other information required by the Office of the Registrar. You may print and fill out the Official Transcript Request form. A transcript request may be mailed, faxed or completed at the Registrar's Office at the following address: Graduate School The transcripts of students who have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Graduate School or Southeastern University will be withheld until all obligations have been met. |
