    Objectives
    Administrative Law is that area of the law that is concerned with the administrative agencies of government. Administrative Law includes the study of powers of administrative agencies; the limitations on powers of administrative agencies; the requirements that must be met by administrative agencies to exercise their powers; and the legal remedies available to those who have been injured by the exercise of power by administrative agencies. For the purpose of this course, administrative law is the procedural law governing administrative agencies, not the substantive law produced by them.
