Learn intermediate-level operations of Microsoft Access 2007, including how to maintain data integrity; how to handle complex queries, reports, and forms; and how to share data between Access and other applications. Course materials include a textbook that provides developmental exercises.

Who Should Attend?
Individuals with a basic understanding of Microsoft Access 2007 who would like to expand their knowledge.
Prerequisites:
Microsoft Access 2007: Introduction (DBAS7125T), Microsoft Access 2007: Introduction (DBAS7515A), or equivalent knowledge.

    • Restrict data entry in forms by adding controls

    • Organize information in a report
    • Format a report
    • Control white space between records and manual page breaks
    • Summarize report information
    • Add a subreport to a report
    • Create a mailing label report
    • Import and export data
    • Merge data from Access with an existing Word document
